Your membership begins the day you sign up. You can start attending classes immediately — no waiting period, no setup fees.
What's included in the monthly membership?
You get unlimited access to the full on-demand video library plus one brand-new live class added every week. It's valid for any event, series, or appointment on the platform.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes, completely. There are no contracts, no minimum commitment periods, and no cancellation fees. Simply cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
